Shipping policy

Every Cityform plate is 3D-printed and finished to order in Sheffield, UK.

Processing time

Please allow up to 7 working days for your plate to be made before it is dispatched. We email you when it ships. Custom commissions ("Make Yours") may occasionally take a little longer - we'll let you know if so.

UK delivery

Standard UK shipping is free on every order (estimated 3-5 business days from dispatch). A faster Express option (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for £6.99. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships; estimates run from the dispatch date, not the order date.

International

We don't currently offer international shipping. If you'd like a plate sent outside the UK, email hello@cityform.co.uk and we'll see what we can arrange.

Lost or delayed orders
