Shipping policy

Every Cityform plate is 3D-printed and finished to order in Sheffield, UK.

Processing time

Please allow 2–3 working days for your plate to be made before it is dispatched. We email you when it ships. Custom commissions ("Make Yours") may occasionally take a little longer - we'll let you know if so.

UK delivery

Standard UK shipping is free on every order (estimated 3-5 business days from dispatch). A faster Express option (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for £6.99. A tracking number is emailed when your order ships; estimates run from the dispatch date, not the order date.

International

We don't currently offer international shipping. If you'd like a plate sent outside the UK, email hello@cityform.co.uk and we'll see what we can arrange.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email hello@cityform.co.uk and we'll help track it down.
