Orders, lead times and returns
Every plate is 3D-printed and hand-finished to order in the United Kingdom, and most cities ship within 7 days of ordering; commissions can take a little longer. Because each plate is made to order, all sales are final — but if an order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@cityform.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
