Refund policy

Every Cityform plate is 3D-printed and finished to order, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your plate is damaged or faulty, or you've received the wrong item, email hello@cityform.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
