Custom coordinates: design any 1 km² of Britain

The ready-made cities cover the obvious centres. Make Yours covers everywhere else. It is the interactive picker on the site that lets you place a 1 km square anywhere in Britain, see the relief render, and order that exact model — your coordinates, built to scale.

Pick the square

Pan and zoom to the spot that matters: a home street, a stretch of coast, a valley, a campus. The picker draws a 1 km × 1 km box and centres the model on it. What sits inside the box is what gets printed — the junctions, the embankment, the spur of high ground behind the houses.

See it before you print

The picker renders the terrain and footprints so you can read the square before ordering. Move the box until the features you want — the river bend, the ridge line, the market square — sit where you want them on the plate.

Same build as every Cityform city

A custom square prints exactly like the catalogue models: white PLA at 0.16mm, 1:11000 scale, 9 × 9 cm on a black ribbed base, with a laser-engraved steel label carrying the place name and coordinates. Read the full how it's made process for the detail.

Why it only exists on the website

Make Yours is the one thing the site does that a marketplace listing cannot — design any location, not just a fixed list. That is the reason to start on the website rather than a fixed product page.
